Ticketmaster boosts presence in malls through deal with Simon
Shoppers can now pick up Ticketmaster tickets at malls through a partnership with Simon Property Group Inc.
Ticketmaster will have retail outlets at the guest services booths in Simon malls across the country, including Ontario Mills, The Block at Orange, Del Amo Fashion Center, Westminster Mall, Brea Mall, Laguna Hills Mall and The Shops at Mission Viejo.
Shoppers will be able to purchase tickets for a variety of different events including sporting events, museums, theatrical performances, family shows and more. For the most popular events, shoppers will enter a lottery system at the guest services booth. Shoppers also can purchase tickets online for in-mall pickup.
The program also will include unique promotional opportunities for shoppers, including advance ticket sales for select events, family packages for special events, merchandise and special discounts, and retailer tie-ins instant payday loan.
