M-I SWACO lands $800M Angola contract

M-I SWACO has been awarded a six-year, $800 million multi-services contract by Cabinda Gulf Oil Company Ltd.

Houston-based M-I will provide drilling waste management, filtration, wellbore cleanup tools and other services for six to 10 drilling rigs off the coast of Cabinda, Angola in shallow and deep water.

M-I SWACO is jointly owned by Houston firms Smith International Inc on line pay day loans. (NYSE: SII) and Schlumberger Ltd. (NYSE: SLB).

The Cabinda Gulf Oil Company is an exploration and production company headquartered in Luanda, Angola.
