D.R. Stephens pays $14 million for Fremont R
D.R. Stephens & Co. purchased two research and development buildings in the Warm Springs area of Fremont for $14 million.
McMorgan & Co. sold the single-story concrete tilt-up buildings, 48502 Kato Road and 48507 Milmont Drive, for about $112 per square foot. The portfolio totals 125,818 square feet.
McMorgan was represented by Reed Payne, Jef Henderson and Matt Wersel of CB Richard Ellis’ Silicon Valley Private Client Group, which represents private investors and corporations in marketing and trading assets suited for capital investment online payday loan.
D.R. Stephens will work with Sherman Chan and Chip Sutherland of CBRE to lease out the property.
