Colliers to pre-lease Innovation Center
Minnesota Innovation Center, a research facility which will be built near the U of M, is being pre-leased by Wall Cos., the companies said Monday.
Minneapolis firm Colliers Turley Martin Tucker has been retained by Minneapolis-based Wall to market and pre-lease the facility, which is slated to be built in several phases, a press release said. When complete, it will include 16 single- and multi-tenant buildings, suited to house office, laboratory and manufacturing space for medical, life-science and information technology companies easy payday loans. It will total about1.6 million square feet of space. The 65 acres site is located University Avenue and Hwy. 280. It is located in the state Bio-Zone as well as the federal Empowerment Zone, which means the the sponsoring government agencies give out incentives to business who chose to set up there.
